I’m doing something a little different for my Side Challenge Saturday posts for the moment. I’ll be starting my final Open University module this October and it’s all about the books. The course title is something along the lines of From Shakespeare to Austin, so as you can imagine, there’s some Shakespeare and Austin in there. Below, I’m going to list the books that I have to read and then I’ll be keeping track of my reading progress for all the books in the lead up to my module start in October. I don’t know the order in which I’ll need to read these books – or if I even need to read them all – so it’s pretty much whatever order I’ll choose to pick them up in. Do let me know if you’ve read any of these!
I realise that I haven’t been doing great at keeping things updated on the blog lately but now that things have calmed down a little, I’m trying to get back into the swing of things again!
I realise that I was supposed to be whittling down this list of books but now, 11 weeks after starting, I’ve barely made a dent in the 30 odd original books on the list and I just keep adding more. At least I’m finishing most of the newly added books… but still!
I feel like this week has flown by but also dragged because I have been SO TIRED! Anyways, here’s how my Currently Reading shelf is getting on…
Making progress on the added books, not so much the older ones. Why am I not surprised?
It’s almost the end of April already. How did that happen?
This week has been a pretty rubbish one for me, reading wise, but it’s been my birthday week so I think that’s forgivable!
Another week down, some more reading done. Check it out below.
Another week is over and it’s time to see how well I did with this TBR!
Every time I come to do an update post I always have Another One Bites The Dust playing in my head. Not that I’m complaining, just find it rather amusing. Anyway, let’s see how good my progress has been since last Saturday.
