Hello! I’m Heather, that’s me in the picture to the left with my favourite t-shirt ever. I’m a 28 year old bookaholic.

This blog has evolved a fair bit over the three years that it’s existed and I like to think that it will continue to evolve along with me as I grow older and (hopefully) wiser.

I started this blog on December 8th 2014 and it was originally a place for me to post my book reviews. Since then it’s blossomed to also include various guest posts, weekly features, and occasionally there’s a giveaway or two.

Now that I’m 28 – so much closer to 30 than I’d like to be! – I’m looking to add some other aspects of my life onto my blog so it’s not just all about books. I’ll be doing this slowly but be sure to keep an eye out for them at some point.

When I’m not blogging, I’m working as a bookseller in an academic bookshop, writing middle grade magical adventure novels, studying towards a BA in English Literature with the Open Univeristy, or reading submissions for an agent.

I am slowly catching up with linking all my reviews and posts and such and updating all my pages. It’s taken me a while because I jumped into this blogging thing head first without checking how deep the water was first!

    1. Thanks for checking out my blog! I’m glad you like it. I’m looking forward to expanding it soon with some author interviews, giveaways, and the new Indie Showcase 🙂
