Not much of a difference this week but still a downward trend! I was quite pleased with this but it’s gone up again since because I binge ate while watching the world’s most boring Super Bowl on Sunday night into Monday morning.
Having said that, from Monday I’ve been watching what I eat (to a degree) and exercising (properly!) so I’m hoping to be below 195 again on Sunday, if possible (I was 196.4 on my last weigh in).
Yesterday I did so well that my FitBit was telling me that I had a 900+ calorie deficit! I was quite pleased with that because I went to bed having eaten over 1400 calories and I didn’t feel hungry.
Hopefully this is the beginning of my real progress and I’m going to try my hardest to stick to it this time around. I want to be able to feel better in myself but I also want to show my new doctor that I can do this.
